We want you to love your Veyas pieces. If something isn't quite right, our returns process is simple and fair.
30-day returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
How to return
Email hello@veyas.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you clear instructions to get your return on its way.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size, colour or item? Let us know and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as loofahs and toothbrushes) cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
